Patriotic Pageant dress for size 2-3
To make my next pageant dress I thought it would be easier to begin with a store bought dress and then add to it. Well, I was wrong. I found it more difficult to begin with someone else's design and it got in the way of my creativity. Anyhow, here it is. I removed the skirt and shortened it and then added bows, sequins and glitter. The advantage of this dress is that it's super comfy for little girls sitting through long pageant days.
